Pinoy Pickle Ballers Canada
How we handle your details.
This is the plain version of what the site does with what you type in. It is written by the people who run the league, not by a lawyer.
What we collect
Reserving a slot: your first and last name, email, phone (optional), the country you are playing from, how you chose to pay, the screenshot of your e-Transfer, and that you accepted the reservation terms.
Registering for a tournament: the same, plus your divisions, your partner's name if you have one, your shirt size, anything you type in the note, and — if you pay by Interac e-Transfer — the screenshot you choose to upload.
Drills and merch: your name and a way to reach you, and for a shirt order, the size and payment screenshot.
We do not collect anything you did not type into a form on this site. No trackers, no advertising cookies.
Why
To hold your slot, match your payment to your name, place you in a division, pair you with a partner, print a draw, and reach you about the event you signed up for. Nothing else.
Where it lives
In a database hosted by Supabase (cloud infrastructure). Payment screenshots go to a private storage bucket in the same project; they are not on the public web and can only be opened by the organizer through a PIN-protected console.
Who sees it
The PPB organizer. Public pages show what a draw needs — names, teams and results — never your email, phone or payment details. Rosters shared in the Facebook group show names only.
How long we keep it
Payment screenshots are deleted once the season's money is reconciled. Names and contact details are kept for the season and for announcing the next one. Ask and we delete yours.
Card payments
When card payments are switched on, Stripe processes them on Stripe's own page. Your card number never touches this site or our database; we receive a confirmation that the fee was paid.
If you pay by card, your registration details (name, email, phone, division and any note) are passed to Stripe with the payment and kept in Stripe's records.
Confirmation emails are sent through an email delivery provider.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, for any reason.
